Location: This position welcomes all applicants from Portugal or Serbia into a remote working model (you can come into the office or not, it's up to you)

The Team: We are small enough so that you get to know everyone and we are growing every day.

The Product: You will be working on our modern Workforce Management solution. Omnichannel, easy to use, deployable in under 2 minutes & made exclusively for Zendesk. In a nutshell, our software helps companies schedule, track, monitor, and find trends to help agents become more efficient and managers more engaged. You will be an integral part of seeing the product grow into something even more special than it is today. There are 6,000 users around the world using tymeshift and we work with companies like Loom and Upwork.

Interview Process: 3-4 hours including interviews and practical assessment where you will meet the people you will be working with and get a feel for our company's culture. It's important for both of us to make sure we are making the right decision!

Reports to: Nicholas Ghitti, Head of Growth. Nicholas has moved to Lisbon from Brazil after successfully leading SaaS organizations from 0 to Unicorn status, by building high performing sales teams that deliver results. For over a year now, he is the main person identifying how to grow our customer base and how we hit our revenue projections. He finds the right people, implements the right systems, and ultimately runs the machine day to day.

Your secret mission is to help with our customers expansion! You will be a super key player in our Growth team, with the main responsibility of managing, developing and leading our Sales team.

🔍 What we're looking for:

Previous Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years working in sales in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; with start-up & SaaS team experience
  • Passion for people and business leadership and a minimum of 2 years experience in leading sales teams
  • In-depth knowledge of inside sales culture and challenger mindset
  • A Data-driven mentality & comfortable navigating around large data sets. You will own your team's KPIs
  • Experience using tech to enable inside/outside sales to go faster: Zendesk Sell, Calendly, Sales Navigator
  • Can easily interact, align and work with other business areas with ease: marketing, success, support
  • Active listener capable of simplifying complex sales, understand how prospects operate currently and identify ROI in each deal
  • A consistent track record of achieving quota
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated influence and diplomacy at all levels
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Fluent English, Spanish is a plus

  • Lead, develop and inspire the existing (amazing) the sales team.
  • Own tymeshift's sales strategy, define and implement new new ways of boosting our revenue.
  • Be present in key negotiations and close complex agreements with the team. You should lead by example!
  • Be responsible for increasing tymeshift’s NMRR
  • Work with the Sales team to achieve and exceed quota.
  • Become an expert in tymeshift as well as Zendesk’s products
  • Be responsible for our sales tech stack (CRM, sales engagement tools etc) and present sales reports to the business leadership team every month and to the whole company every quarter.
  • Establish methods to articulate and better sell all tymeshift products
  • Be mindful and accountable for your own performance metrics. Be able to present and easily discuss your progress internally
